A big focus for DSR now that the Paralympics are over is ‘what’s next’? We’ve seen so many incredible athletes capture our minds and hearts and we’re most likely asking ourselves how we can get active, especially in the current constraints of lockdown.
The DSR Online Active is a series of free videos developed with the support of Vic Health and are available to our community which provides you with short workouts that you can do at home whilst also introducing you to new sports. The series is a great way to practice, learn or stay active.
