About DSR Kids Camps
Join us for a fun-filled, action-packed camp for kids with disability!

Challenge your sense of adventure by participating in new recreation activities, or test your inner daredevil on the giant swing at YMCAs wonderfully inclusive YMCA Camp Manyung.
Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to our annual DSR Kids Summer and Winter Camps. All of this fun and adventure while making new friends and gaining independence.
Camp aims:

To provide a camp experience that is inclusive across all activities

To build confidence by participating in challenging and exciting outdoors activities

To provide an opportunity to experience different activities and recreation to increase your participation when you are at home/school

To provide an opportunity to create friendships

To gain increased independence.

All participants must be DSR members, currently residing in Victoria. Membership is free and you can sign up online.

Know that *It does not matter whether you have NDIS funding or not, you are welcome to apply for this opportunity

Note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee that you will be successful in applying for this program.
Child Safe Policy
Summer
Camp
Summer Camp is a fun and exciting opportunity for kids with a disability to improve on independence, social skills and to make lifelong memories.
Who: Kids with disability aged between 7 - 17 years
When: Friday 16th – Sunday 18th February 2024
Where: YMCA Camp Manyung, Sunnyside Rd, Mount Eliza VIC 3930
Cost: $325

What's included:

Accessible adventure activities (such as high ropes, archery and giant swing)

Non-adventure activities (such as games, sports, disco, cooking)

Accommodation in shared cabins

All meals, snacks and drinks provided

Personal care and engagement support from nurses

Access to photos of your camp experience

2023 DSR Kids Summer Camp
Winter
Camp
Join us for another fantastic DSR Kids Winter Camp at Falls Creek!

Be part of the fun and excitement of zipping down ski runs with experienced instructors and trying out adaptive ski equipment with new friends and fun, friendly camp leaders!

*It does not matter whether you have NDIS funding or not you are welcome to apply for this opportunity
Who: Kids with disability aged between 7 - 17 years

When: Friday 5th – Sunday 7th July 2024

Where: Howman’s Gap, Falls Creek Victoria
