The redevelopment of DSR’s spiritual home at 341 George St, Fitzroy continues to progress with works progressing well to develop and deliver a new base for our operations and 5 levels of apartments for our development partner. The project also features office space for lease to other organisations in addition to co-working and room/meeting hire opportunities to drive greater collaboration in the sector and alternative revenue streams for DSR. We have been working closely with disability access consultants to ensure these spaces are well suited for workers and visitors with disability.
Note that the mixed use development also includes 5 levels of apartments (not owned by DSR) as part of the collaboration with our development partner.
We look forward to welcoming visitors to the new space with an opening event later in 2022.
