Dear Attendees,
We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Awards at Marvel Stadium on Tuesday, 25 August.
To help you enjoy a seamless experience, we have included key event information and venue access details below.
Event Entry & Parking
Location: Marvel Stadium, Docklands VIC, Australia
Enter Via: GATE 5, Level D - Horizon Room

Enter the Marvel Stadium car park via

Bourke Street – down Car Park Entry A

Gate 5 is on the Eastern side of the stadium car park.

Proceed to the Gate 5 lifts

Take the lift to Level D
By Taxi or Rideshare
Direct the taxi to stop at Bourke Street side of the venue

Proceed up the steps and turn to your right, proceeding to Gate 5
By Train

Cross the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge from Southern Cross Station

When you get to the stadium, turn to your right, proceeding to Gate 5
By Tram
The Bourke Street, Collins Street, Latrobe Street and City Circle trams can be utilised to get to Marvel Stadium. Please refer to the map once you alight the tram to ascertain the direction you need to travel to and around the venue to get to Gate 5
Dress Code
Business Casual.
Auslan Interpreters
Auslan interpreters will be available for the formal part of the ceremony.
Seating
This is a theatre-style cocktail event with no allocated seating. Guests are welcome to choose their seats on arrival.
Catering
Canapés will be served before and after the ceremony for you to enjoy. All dietary requirements submitted through ticket bookings have been accommodated.
A dedicated table will be available for guests with these specific dietary needs.
Photography
There will be photography/videography and live streaming during the event.
Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed or have any issues with flash photography.
2026 Raffle
There is a generous list of raffle items for the 2026 awards. All funds raised through the raffle contribute vital funds for DSR programs, ensuring more people with disabilities have access to sport and recreation programs. The raffle will be drawn at the end of the ceremony.
