The Learning and Development Hub was created through the Level the Field project with a $2.5 million investment through the Victorian Government's All Abilities Workforce and Sector Support Program, providing free, accessible training for people with disability and practical guidance for organisations seeking to build more inclusive workplaces and volunteer environments.

The Level the Field Hub forms part of the Victorian Government’s $40 million All Abilities Sport Fund, which is supporting greater accessibility and inclusion in sport and active recreation across the state.
