Workplace Giving is an easy, convenient way to help Disability Sport & Recreation provide and promote positive health outcomes through participation in sport and recreation activities to the disabled and wider community.
What is workplace giving?
Workplace giving is a simple and effective way for employees to regularly donate to charities such as Disability Sport & Recreation through workplace payroll deductions. Employees can give as much or as little as they wish there are no limitations.
Benefits to your business
Disability Sport & Recreation can assist you in launching your “workplace giving partnership” through our popular disability community education workshops “Wheeltalk”.
By getting your staff involved in Workplace Giving you can help to develop a sense of community at work. It is an easy, low-cost way to improve morale and will make your business more attractive to new employees. By matching your employees’ donations, you can improve your corporate profile.
Workplace Giving benefits your employees
Workplace Giving is a powerful way of involving your staff in supporting Disability Sport & Recreation. Many people find that giving through their payroll system is one of the most convenient ways to donate to their charity of choice. Donations are deducted from pay ‘pre-tax’. This means employees don’t need to collect receipts to make a tax claim at the end of the year.
Workplace Giving helps us by providing a guaranteed source of income, which allow us to budget for long-term programs and helps to build a secure future for Disability Sport & Recreation.
