How to leave a bequest to Disability Sport & Recreation
Disability Sport & Recreation provides sport and recreation opportunities to those members of our community with a physical disability. Our program delivery is critically important to achieving positive health outcomes for participants. Those that participate in our service offerings are very grateful for the generosity of individuals bequeathing funds to Disability Sport & Recreation.
Disability Sport & Recreation provides legal organisations with the following suggested bequest clauses:-
"I give to Disability Sport & Recreation Limited ABN 90 355 468 664 the sum of. Dollars ($) for its general purposes free from all duties and taxes payable upon or in connection with my death. I declare that the issue of a receipt by Disability Sport & Recreation Limited to my executors by the Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer or other authorised officer of Disability Sport & Recreation Limited will form an adequate discharge of the responsibilities of my executors".
OR
"I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate to Disability Sport & Recreation Limited ABN 90 355 468 664 for its general purposes and I declare that the issue of a receipt by Disability Sport & Recreation Limited to my executors by the Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer or other authorised officer of Disability Sport & Recreation Limited will form an adequate discharge of the responsibilities of my executors".
